Vama Smart Jet Mini BF Hand Dryer White 900W

Vama Smart Jet Mini BF electric hand dryer, white

The Smart Jet Mini BF is a compact, high-speed jet hand dryer by Vama: it dries hands in about 20 seconds with an air flow of 200 km/h and a total power of 900 W. The cover is white ABS; the same range also comes in matt black (NF), chrome (LF) and satin chrome (SF).

At 238 × 156 mm and 99.5 mm deep it's roughly the size of half an A4 sheet: the right model when space is tight, such as a home bathroom, a B&B, a small bar or premises in a historic town centre.

Automatic, with instant warm air

It starts as soon as you put your hands under the jet, thanks to a sensor with adjustable sensitivity: you never touch the unit. The 500 W heating element warms the air instantly (about 45 °C) and the 400 W brush motor runs at 28,000 rpm, with an air flow of 110 m³/h. The automatic safety cut-out kicks in after 80/90 seconds.

Vama offers an optional antibacterial/antiviral EPA E11 filter (not included).

Installation

It's wall-mounted and connects with a two-pin 10A plug (100 cm cable). It's Class II insulated and rated IP23: install it away from the bath and shower. For mounting height, running costs and wiring, read our guide to wall-mounted electric hand dryers.
